Our interdisciplinary laboratory is based at Yale School of Medicine, within the Department of Radiology & Biomedical Imaging and the Yale Biomedical Imaging Institute. Yale is a globally recognized leader in biomedical research, offering an exceptional environment for translational imaging, chemical biology, and radiopharmaceutical development.
We operate in state-of-the-art laboratory spaces equipped for both organic chemical synthesis and biological evaluation, including facilities for cell and tissue culture, radiochemistry, and preclinical research. Our laboratories are fully outfitted with advanced instrumentation, including HPLC, LC-MS, and radiochemistry infrastructure for isotope handling and probe development.
Our imaging capabilities are integrated with Yale’s infrastructure and include:
Radiochemistry labs
Small- and large-animal PET/CT imaging
Preclinical in vivo imaging systems (epi-fluorescence)
Confocal and advanced microscopy platforms
